  • Can I change my booking date?
    Yes. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your booking date to discuss alternative date and times.
  • What is the structure of the Fall in Laugh session?
    The Fall in Laugh sessions are hosted by Thomas Cock and/or Elisabete Fernandes. You can chose a 30, 60, or 90minutes format, mixing Laughter yoga, happiness therapy, and comedy. We divide the session into two parts: - The first part explores laughter as an innate tool, effective in reducing anxiety, stress, and sadness, boosting our creativity and energy and emptying our mind. - The second part demonstrates how laughter is an ally and how we can consciously use it and to unblock situations, unlock relationships and avoid taking things personally.
  • Do I need a Yoga Matt or lots of space during the session?
    No. We sit for the first and last five minutes of every class and you’ll be standing for the rest of the time so you’ll need some space to move, but not a lot, and a chair.
  • Can I do the session from home or the office?
    Absolutely! It is best to pick a quiet place where you feel comfortable to laugh. You’ll be unmuted for the whole session so make sure the spot you choose is not disruptive for you and the other class participants.
  • What are the benefits of the Fall in Laugh sessions?
    Laughter has countless benefits - from boosting your blood flow and immune system, to activating serotonin and dopamine release in your brain. It can also be used as a valuable tool to release the stresses and tentions of daily life. Below is a list of just some of the proven positive benefits of the FIL sessions: 1.Team spirit. It helps the brain function to the best of its ability, while putting us in a good mood, creating a beneficial cycle that improves efficiency and productivity. 5. Increased creativity On our path to adulthood, we often forget how to play. Engaging in play stimulates our right brain, the seat of our creativity. By playing and laughing, we encourage the emergence of new concepts and problem-solving ability.
  • Can you host big groups or corporate events?
    Absolutely! Fall in Laugh helps to strengthen companies by focusing on team spirit, positive stress management through laughter, emotional well-being, motivation & stimulating optimism, and creativity. Over the last couple of months, Fall in Laugh has hosted more and more team-events with some well-known companies including Amazon, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Spotify, and Facebook to name a few. Laughter’s benefits are countless – not only for the body and the mind, but also as a means of harmonizing relationships which makes it the perfect team-building event.
  • What Video Conferencing software do you support?
    Fall in Laugh can be hosted on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Webex.
