What is the structure of the Fall in Laugh session?

The Fall in Laugh sessions are hosted by Thomas Cock and/or Elisabete Fernandes. You can chose a 30, 60, or 90minutes format, mixing Laughter yoga, happiness therapy, and comedy. 
 
We divide the session into two parts: 
 
- The first part explores laughter as an innate tool, effective in reducing anxiety, stress, and sadness, boosting our creativity and energy and emptying our mind.
 
- The second part demonstrates how laughter is an ally and how we can consciously use it and to unblock situations, unlock relationships and avoid taking things personally.

Do I need a Yoga Matt or lots of space during the session?

Accepted Answer

No. We sit for the first and last five minutes of every class and you’ll be standing for the rest of the time so you’ll need some space to move, but not a lot, and a chair.

Can I do the session from home or the office?

Absolutely! It is best to pick a quiet place where you feel comfortable to laugh. You’ll be unmuted for the whole session so make sure the spot you choose is not disruptive for you and the other class participants.

Over the last couple of months, Fall in Laugh has hosted more and more team-events with some well-known companies including Amazon, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Spotify, and Facebook to name a few.
